So this is just a little throw back to two weeks ago when it was a lot sunnier and the perfect weather to wear this beautiful dress from the guys over at Motel. Their stuff is amazing and Ive even seen it creeping on to NastyGal! I decided to style it pretty simply with a trusty old hat (my dad's from when he went through a stage of thinking he was a cowboy after a family trip to Florida) and my every day boots which are an absolute steal from New Look (24.99 I think) and I wear them all the time with boot harnesses etc. to jazz them up.



Anyways, once again I've left it a while to post, but Im not as much of a nightmare as I used to be! You can all follow me on instagram as well @penelopesarah if you'd like to look at lots of photos of Teddy/my food/my face :) ... mainly Teddy.



Cant wait to most some more wintery outfits for you guys as this is my favourite time of the year and I'm always far happier in a beanie and a massive jumper.

The Wes Gordon S/S 2014 show was one of my favorites from NYFW. All of the looks had a romantic edge, especially the first look. Obsessed with the satin rose-colored coat, the black midi lace skirt and strappy black patent sandals.

STRIPES + SPOTS | MIH JEANS

Major crush on these two shirts from MIH Jeans. The stripe button down with the open back is classic, yet the unexpected detail in the back gives it a sexy touch. The shirt with painted spots is one of my favorites this fall. The whimsical print was created by one of my favorite illustrators and stylists- Bernadette Pascua. Look of the Day: Leather and Leopard

I actually find leopard print quite intimidating, I mean I really like it in small doses on other people but, judging from my first year of blogging experience I can totally go overboard with it (don't even try to look for the posts in question, they've been safely deleted so as not to freak out any new readers that might accidentally stumble upon them :D) Anyways, since this whole style blogging is about challenging yourself, even if only just a little, here's my take on leopard print circa 2013. Sunday Cravings: Fall 2013 Trends - Classic Plaid

Plaid has to be one of the safest fall winter trends - it's huge every year so I'd definitely call it classics. Last fall we've seen it in all possible colors, but what's in this year is the traditional red tartan plaid - a timeless print that is very likely to last for many years (fashion-wise).
