Free People dress | Alice + Olivia lace up heels

There is something about a full skirt dress, that makes me want to spin circles and pick roses. The fact that I was in Paris taking these photos was the cherry on top. 

Although quite detailed, this Free People dress is surprisingly versatile - worn with these beautiful Alice + Olivia heels or worn with my favourite New Balance sneakers & pea coat for a more urban twist. 

If you've been following my instagram adventure (@friendinfashion) you'd see that i've arrived in New York. Another of my favourite cities in the world, which by no coincidence also coincides with NYFW.

Look of the Day: New Year's Outfit

Hey everyone, happy New Year once again! 

I haven't worn a short dress for a really long time, so obviously choosing what to wear on the New Year's eve was not a question. We shot these pics at the daytime to show you the details of the outfit and because I knew there was no way evening pictures would come out as good, if you know what I mean :) I did change my makeup for the evening though, I went for really dark eyes that would look ridiculous in the daytime :)

Anyways, I hope you've had a fabulous celebration and are full of energy and inspiration to kick the 2013's butt :)
