Look of the Day: Flared jeans

 

 

 

 

As many of you have guessed, it's flare jeans that I swore I would never wear again, but when I tried these, I thought that this was time to change something, I mean these types of jeans can be really flattering!
I guess matching them with a denim shirt was the safest way to go, until I figure out how to fully incorporate them into my wardrobe.

P.S. Please excuse the messy hair, it was really windy when we were taking these shots.

Double denim

Dear friends,

You've seen me work and rework this denim shirt more than a handful of times.

Funnily enough, I remember picking it up for an absolute steal during my travels last year as an impulse buy, and now it has become one of my wardrobe essentials.

On the subject of denim, it has always been a favourite of mine and lately, I've enjoyed playing around with colour and printed denim.

The bold monochrome print of these jeans is so striking, and yet surprisingly versatile. I particularly like the cut out, bow leg detail.
