My summer-wardrobe always seems to be filled with two things - bold and colourful sundresses, and denim shorts, so when I came across these frayed Insight shorts (also seen here), I couldn't resist adding another pair to my growing pile.

For my latest guest style post for SurfStitch, I decided to dress up these shorts and tank, with key statement accessories. Once again, my gorgeous Fiel Sol necklace completes the look perfectly.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of collaborating with one of my online favourites, Zoie Boutique.

Day to day, I consider myself to be a casual dresser, well mostly. There is nothing that I love more than throwing on a great pair of jeans and a tee.

Mind you, I love dressing up a casual look with some killer accessories, and this Fiel Sol necklace and Michael Kors watch, certainly add the perfect touch of sparkle.

On my recent visit to the States, I teamed up with celebrity accessory must-have, Bijouterie and online store, Style/Stalk to talk all things Friend in Fashion and get my arm-party swag on.

THE PEPLUM TOP

I've long been a fan of peplum shapes, with dresses and blazers filling my wardrobe, but surprisingly, this is the first peplum top.

It is such a flattering silhouette and works dressed up or dressed down. Trend or no trend, peplum will be a regular wardrobe addition.

Samantha Wills (SW) recently invited me to style their newest collection in two ways, day and night.

To create this evening look, I started with black wet look jeans, and played around with different textures and tones.

I think this incredible faux fur vest adds the perfect touch of evening glamour, complimenting the shimmer and sparkle of the SW jewels and sequin collar detail.

Not long now until I venture abroad to the US and Mexico. I'm hitting up all of my online regulars in search of the perfect summer suitcase.

I'm definitely still on the floral bandwagon, but much prefer these floral pants toned down with a white tank, rather than clashing prints.

Matching tassels - hand made bag and these beyond incredible flats, plus a bambi guest appearance, accessorise and complete the look, which is definitely one of my favourites at the moment.

LMFF: MIMCO DREAMWARP

Dear friends,

The other night, I was invited to sit front row at the Mimco Dreamwarp runway show as part of the Loreal Melbourne Fashion Festival.

The show kicked off with an operatic bang, with a singer, emerging from the darkness to set the scene of the surreal 'dreamwarp' to follow.

Avant garde, pretty punk girls, draped in luxe accessories followed in a runway combining East meets West romance.

I wore my neon Imperial Itsy Bitsy shoulder bag.

Left my heart in Santorini

Santorini, in the Greek Islands is by far one of my most favourite places on earth (BLOGGED HERE).

As soon as I came across this incredible look-book from local accessories designer FIEL SOL, very fond memories flooded back of Satnorini's inimitable sunshine, crystal waters and picture-perfect sunsets.

I can't wait to get back - enjoy!
