Look of the Day: Like an Adult

I hope you guys are having a lovely weekend! 

Here's an outfit I wore about a week ago (I'm so late with my posts!). I've had this J.Crew necklace I received as a gift for a couple months now and I never knew how to wear it because, even though I like it, it looks a bit ... momsy :D Last week I had a non-business meeting, where I needed to look like an adult, but casual, so it came in handy. Never mind the hole in my jeans that I made just before leaving the apartment :P

Look of the Day: Denim & Polka Dots

Another cutesy outfit to dilute a chain of black and white on this bloggie. Simply couldn't say no to this denim number, and of course, wearing it with heels would be too inappropriate (lately I've been thinking no dress is appropriate for heels xDD) so I dug out these flatforms that I haven't been wearing nearly enough this summer.

Right now I gotta run, because it's my mom's birthday today and I'm on a mission to find the most beautiful flowers in town!

I love the fact that black, my favorite color, has become the color of summer as well, so all the basic summer pieces are available in this color, and even more, nobody thinks they're goth or something :)

Look of the Day: Denim Dungarees

I wouldn't say I am a very trendy person and in most cases something that's a trend is never seen in my closet, but this season I caved, grabbing every pair of dungarees I can possibly fit into my life (other outfits here and here). How do you feel about this trend? Yay or nay?

Look of the Day: Skort

I'm not sure if the world needs yet another outfit post with THIS skort, but since I've worn it for so many times already I figured I'd share one of my casual outfits. Just like last year, and the year before that there's a certain Zara piece that I hate because it goes with everything and is worn by everyone. This skort has turned the style blogosphere into a sort of "Who wore it best" contest. Let's count this post as my entry :)

Look of the Day: Fluted Hem

It's been raining the last couple of days so I'm glad I still have a couple sunny pictures to show you from last week in Warsaw. I've been looking for a skirt with this silhouette for the longest time and even though nobody else seems to like it (my bf, for example) it's definitely gonna be s staple in my wardrobe this summer.

Also, I finally got the chance to wear my new J.Crew necklace that's been held up by the customs and took literally two months to get to me, so happy it did!
