Look of the Day: Shearling Denim

When it comes to weather, style bloggers definitely are the biggest complainers and it's kinda fun to surf through my favorite blogs just to see I'm not the only one always justifying what I'm wearing by what's going on outside.

Anyways, you can probably see the sun on my pictures and I'm sporting just two layers of clothing so hopefully it's safe to say I won't mention the word "weather" on the blog at least until September.

Come spring I always start having these weird cravings, like right now I wanna get rid of most of my hair and desperately need at least five pairs of new shoes. Cheers to that! :D

Look of the Day: Red Riding Hood

I'm terribly ashamed of wearing this bag in almost every single outfit post, but surprisingly enough this $40 purchase has become one of my best winter investments, it goes with pretty much everything! I'm even thinking about getting a nude version for the summertime :)

Anyways, here's a quick outfit post with what I wore running errands today. Red is an excellent transitional color for me, just the perfect amount of bright not to look too weird amidst all the mud out there ;)

DOMAINE CHANDON SECRET GARDEN PARTY

White Suede dress / Aldo heels / Chanel clutch

Yesterday, my husband and I had the pleasure of attending Domaine Chandon's Secret Garden Party, in the picturesque Yarra Valley.

The picture perfect afternoon was spent enjoying Chandon’s finest vintages, delicious culinary treats (of which included these very pretty 'edible pot-plants'), the beautiful voice of Clare Bowditch and of course some garden twister, croquet and chess.

Look of the Day: Mustard + Burgundy

Even though I'm usually on the dark side (clothes-wise) during fall, this time I've totally given in to the fall color madness, I mean mustard and burgundy, could this combination BE any more obvious (channeling my inner Chandler Bing)!? I tried to play safe keeping the rest of the outfit black. What do you think?

Look of the Day: Cocooning

Spent the weekend cocooning in this cardigan, it's so cozy and warm and I love how it's designed with those weird pockets and drop hem. I'm the kind of person, who's always the last to put on warm coats and hats, I usually get away with wearing blazers and thin jackets up until the first snow, so until the temps drop below zero, I think I'm gonna wear some more skirts if you don't mind. ^__^

Look of the Day: Frill Skirt

I've been drooling over this skirt since this post and finally got it last week. I have a sort of obsession with leather skirts, because they are so easy to style and have that cool vibe about them, and also I'm so into the whole frill hem thing this season. I hope I can find more similar pieces to add to my wardrobe this fall.

SPRING FLORAL

      EmmaJane wrap dress / Michael Kors watch via Status Accessories / Bijouterie bracelet stacks / Aldo shoes / Tiffany & Co rings

So not a lot of words describe just how much love I have for this floral wrap dress, via Melbourne designer, Emmajane.

Perfect spring colours, the most flattering cut, plus pretty ruffle detailing - dress perfection.

I've just landed in a very humid Singapore, and am really looking forward to shopping up a storm along Orchard Road, and convincing myself that seven meals a day is completely acceptable.

Food in Singapore is just that good people!

Look of the Day: Asymmetric Sweater Three Ways

Sorry for the lack of posts, as you can see, I've been revamping the blog and it took me a while. What do you think of the new layout?

New In: Aldo Wedges

 ALDO Jirasek Lace Up Wedge Ankle Boots

Just when I was ready to pay over $200 for these boots from my Asos Wishlist they went on sale and I managed to get them half price. I haven't bought wedges in a while, but I'm happy I did, the quality is amazing and they are super comfy, in fact, I'm wearing them right now!
