Look of the Day: Trenchcoating

I first realized that I too can pull off hats when I bought this one, turns out all it takes is to figure out the style that fits you. Experimentally I found out I only look good in really large wide-brimmed fedoras, so no boaters or bowlers for me. I did order a fisherman style cap, because I've tried the one from the H&M's Paris Collection, though I couldn't decide whether I needed it back then:)

Anyways, I'm writing this because I know there are a lot of girls out there, who like hats on others but don't think they can pull'em off. All you need is to find your shape!

I'm wearing:

Hat - Catarzi (similar ones here and here, a whole lot of other hat options in this post)
Trench coat - Oasap
Jeans - Pull&Bear
Sweater - Sheinside
Bag - Asos
Boots - Zara (similar ones here and here)
Watch - Michael Kors

Look of the Day: Plaid Shirt

Who would have thought that finding the perfect plaid shirt is so hard?! I've been looking for red and blue ones for ages and while I still have to find the red one, the blue one is happily hanging in my closet. It was kindly sent to me by an emerging brand NowIStyle from Tokyo among other clothes for a styling challenge. In the next couple of posts I will be sharing my outfits with nowistyle items and I hope you will like them.
On another note, I've been a huge fan of wedged sneakers from the moment I first saw them, but never actually came around to buying a pair. I'm so happy I got these ones as a gift from a friend who returned from the USA (I believe they were from GoJane or smth like that), I've been wearing them non stop ever since.

I'm wearing:

Jeans - Pull&Bear
Shoes - GoJane
Watch - Michael Kors
Random skinny belt worn as a bracelet

Look of the Day: Suede boots

I've been wearing these Asos boots almost non stop since I received them a couple weeks ago, not only are they super comfy, they also seem to add sort of a laid back touch to any outfit. Also, this New Yorker top is my first take on the whole tribal/aztec hype that's going on all over the bloggies. I definitely love the print, but it looks like I don't have much stuff to match it with.

On another note, I've just taken on a sewing/tailoring course :) I feel like I have this huge DIY potential, but can't seem to start creating clothes being afraid to mess up the fabrics :) Anyways, I hope this course will bring me confidence enough to make stuff I either can't find anywhere or refuse to pay for :)

Have a fun weekend!

I'm wearing:
Top - New Yorker
Jeans - Pull and Bear
Jacket - Zara
Bag - Topshop
Suede Chelsea boots - Asos
