Look of the Day: Hippy Vibes

This is officially the first time I'm wearing a lipstick on the blog and in my adult life :D I have always been neglecting this product for two reasons: I don't like how if feels on my lips and I don't like to accentuate the asymmetry of my lips! However, when I came to the MAC store to pick up a foundation, I couldn't resist testing this color as I though it would be perfect to spice up my fall looks. So I ended up getting this one along with two other colors, not sure if I'll use the crap out of them, but I think the time has come to move to bigger and better things :)

Look of the Day: Curls & Denim Shorts

I always liked the kind of weather where you can wear boots and bare legs but it doesn't happen here too often. Fortunately last Sunday was just the kind of day, so I couldn't resist wearing my new biker jacket and throwing on a some denim hotpants :) It got back to hot the next day so these combos will have to wait for a while now :)

Look of the Day: Fringe Boots

Hey, everybody! Hope you're having a great day! Here's what I wore yesterday,  my new windbreaker jacket and suede fringe boots I bought like 3 years ago. Oldies, but goodies! I found them sorting through shoe boxes yesterday morning and immediately came up with this outfit that mixes the unmixable, like a hooded army green jacket and an LBD. Didn't have my camera with me during the day and returned home right before the sunset, hence the good old location :)

Look of the Day: Getting Cozy

 

 Made these shots about a week ago when it was still sunny and warm, right now it seems like a full-fledged autumn with ugly rainy days and mud all over the place. I'm wearing one of my favorite sweaters, it's super warm and cozy, plus it has a nice color. 

On another note, the sewing course I took up a couple months ago finally started to pay off, I'm already an expert in sewing all kinds of skirts. I'll show you some skirts I made in one of my next posts.

Look of the Day: Leather & Denim

 

 

Funny thing about me is that I seem to refuse to wear shades as soon as the summer's over, this can be really tricky, especially if you're doing pictures for your blog :) From these shots it looks like it's still warm, but don't be fooled, I took my furry jacket for just a couple of minutes ;)

On another note, tomorrow I'm going on a road trip to Austria with my friends, super excited!!! We'll definitely be crossing Poland and Czech Republic on our way, maybe some other countries, we'll have to decide about that once we get in the car :) I know I have readers from these countries, so if you're reading this post, please advise me on some hot shopping/dining spots in Prague and Vienna.

Look of the Day: Chilling

Just a quick post of what I'm wearing today. It's rainy and chilly in my city and I just started realizing I've got almost no warm clothes at all, it looks like I always buy light things like jumpers or shirts and almost never get warm knits, now this is something I need to change before I freeze :)

Look of the Day: Suede boots

 

 

 

I've been wearing these Asos boots almost non stop since I received them a couple weeks ago, not only are they super comfy, they also seem to add sort of a laid back touch to any outfit. Also, this New Yorker top is my first take on the whole tribal/aztec hype that's going on all over the bloggies. I definitely love the print, but it looks like I don't have much stuff to match it with.

On another note, I've just taken on a sewing/tailoring course :) I feel like I have this huge DIY potential, but can't seem to start creating clothes being afraid to mess up the fabrics :) Anyways, I hope this course will bring me confidence enough to make stuff I either can't find anywhere or refuse to pay for :)
